Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince
“Harry Potter i Książę Półkrwi” (ang. “Harry Potter
and the Half-Blood Prince”) jest to już szósta z kolei
część cylku powieści o przygodach czarodzieja,
młodzieńca już, Harrego Pottera. Autorką całego cyklu
jest pochodząca z Wysp Brytyjskich, Joanne Kathleen
Rowling. Poprzednie części powieści to: „Harry Potter i
Kamień Filozoficzny” (ang. „Harry Potter and the
Philosopher's Stone”), „Harry Potter i Komnata
Tajemnic”(ang. „Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets”),
“Harry Potter i więzień Azkabanu (ang. “Harry Potter and

część szósta została wydana w Wielkiej Brytanii dnia 16
lipca 2005 roku. W Polsce książkę tą mogliśmy dostać
niestety dopiero pół roku później – 28 stycznia 2006
roku (z angielskiego przełożył ją Andrzej Polkowski).
“Harry Potter i Książę Półkrwi” liczy 704 strony. Oto

jednak poczekać, gdyż według planu film na wejść do kin
dopiero 24 lipca 2009 roku. Ostatnia już, siódma część
przygód młodego czarodzieja będzie nosiła tytuł „Harry
Potter i Insygnia Śmierci” (ang. „Harry Potter and the
Deathly Hallows”).

“Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince” has been released on 16 July 2005. This book is the sixth of seven novels in the Harry Potter series. All the books have been written by British writer Joanne “Jo” Rowling. For a young wizard, Harry Potter is the sixth year at Hogwarts. During “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince” we get to know about Lord Voldemort's past and Harry Potter's preparations for the great battle. The copies of a “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince” have been bought by nine million people in only one day when they were released. The novel contains 30 chapters and over 600 pages (607 in copy released in United Kingdom and 652 in United States). The following novel in the Harry Potter series is called “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows”.
